We shall not be held responsible
and shall not be held liable for the car and/or any other matter relating to the
service after we return the car to you at the airport terminal or our parking
lot |

any precious belongings and cash left in your vehicle. |

We shall not be held liable for
any accessories on the customized car (i.e. chopped and channeled) and stuff on
board inside your car and trunk(boot). |

We shall not be held liable for
the malfunction of the car including breakdowns of transmission, battery, and/or
accelerator. |

| 5. |
We shall not be held liable for
scratches on the car or on the windshield, crack spontaneously arisen in the glasses,
unintentional falling of room mirror, damage on the door that are not seen when
you leave the car with us. |

| 6. |
We sometimes find that a tire(s)
becomes flat while parked. We repair it without your consent because we need to
move the car, but the repair charge is yours. |

| 7. |
Damage on your car which was occurred
by your negligence such as forgetting to close the sunroof is not our responsibility. |

| 8. |
In case the car you entrust to
us is stolen or damaged, you agree to accept the amount of procurement of the
car our insurance company decides in their clauses. If the amount the insurance
company offers you is not sufficient, the deficient amount is liable to you. |

| 9. |
We shall not be held liable for
any damages or losses to the car you entrust to us arising from natural disasters,
riots, terrorism, demonstration march, etc. |

| 10. |
We park your car at the No. 1 or
No. 2 parking lot. The mileage indication will have increased over that of the
time you left the car with us. But we hope you understand it is because we need
to move your car to another parking lot. |
